I am a consultant non-lawyer working with privacy partnership to advise and support Clients on all aspects of Data Protection and Freedom of Information. I specialise in both the E-commerce and Heath sectors. I previously worked in the NHS where I helped establish a Data Governance framework for the NHSBSA .I was also Chair of BS10012 Standards Pane Chair of BS10012 Standards Panel where I led the panel that developed the standard BS10012 which specifies the standards of a personal information management system.
I have an expert knowledge of good practice and standards.
