To obtain legal counsel or legal services from Privacy Partnership Law you must engage us to represent you. Until you do so and receive an engagement letter, you have not contracted with us  and have not become a client of the firm.  We cannot enter into any relationship with you until we have determined that there is no conflict of interest and that we can fulfil your requirements and needs. Please not send us any information or documents that you consider private or confidential until we have formally engaged with you.   We can't guarantee that such unsolicited communications will remain confidential. We want to give you the best possible service. Viruses

 Our Lawyers and team are based in London and regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority as set out below please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
