 Kamini has over 25 years of legal and privacy experience and has worked across various sectors, including media, technology, finance, consultancy and insurance. She has advised, trained and supported global organisations on all aspects of GDPR AI, DPIAs, cybersecurity, privacy by design, accountability, big data analytics, cross-border transfers and managed complex digital, technology, and outsourcing contracts. She has written for Reuters and Butterworths, holds a European law degree, obtained CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, and CIPT certifications and has taken the IAPP Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance Professional training.  
 

Jonathan is a solicitor with over 20 years experience as a General Counsel and Privacy Law specialist dealing with complex commercial deals, M&A transactions, IP, compliance and dispute resolution.  While working for a major Compliance and Media muliti-national Jonathan led the lobbying programme in Brussels, Member States and London in relation to the impact of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the business.  Jonathan has also led GDPR readiness Programmes for major Media and Security firms and is a specialist in AML and data privacy.
