I am a hands-on in-house lawyer with over 25 years of diverse experience spanning technology, anti-money laundering compliance and media. I pride myself on helping clients 'punch above their weight' and excel at leading complex commercial transactions with major counterparties.  

I’ve held general counsel and leadership team level roles with both major corporates and growth companies and provide solutions that are operationally and practically focused.

My mission is to become a go-to part of your operational team and use my in-house mindset to bring a different approach to traditional law firms.  I am pragmatic, responsive and personable and help you take decisions quickly and decisively.

I am chairman of our local theatre which operates as a charity and provides a great balance to the legal world!  I have a soft spot for old Land Rover Defenders and wooden boats.
