Data Privacy Impact Assessments

A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is statutory assessment which you must make if you are conducting certain higher risk personal data processing activities.   Our consultants and lawyers have conducted hundreds of DPIAs across all industry sectors and can help you identify and minimise the data protection risks of new data processing activities or system implementations.  We can complete DPIAs and help identify the actions you need to to take to mitigate outstanding  data protection risks.
