Out team conducted a review of our Clients services including cutting edge AI tools. we reviewed the Client's processes and technology in detail before drafting their standard terms and privacy policies, Data Privacy Impact Assessments were also completed for Children's data processing.
Our consultants reviewed and redacted a customer subject access request for a large media client whose in house team would have been overwhelmed it they had needed to dedicate resource to this exercise. Our team identified and redacted exempt data, advised on legal considerations and prepared the document package and response for the Client.
Privacy Partnership lawyers act as Fractional Privacy Counsel supporting our Client with all aspects of data privacy including drafting terms, privacy policies and assisting with the risk assessment and management of security incidents.
